Wabash played in a pair of matches with a 9-0 final scores Saturday. The Little Giants opened play with a shutout win over Wittenberg at home prior to traveling to Rose-Hulman to suffer a nine-point loss.

Wabash scored two victories in doubles play against Wittenberg (6-12, 0-1 NCAC West).
Michael Makio and
William Reifeis earned an 8-3 win in the first flight, their 19
th overall for the season.
Jordan Greenwell and
Kirill Ivashchenko captured an 8-4 win at number two doubles. Wittenberg was unable to field a third doubles team, giving George Go and
Mazin Hakim a win by default.

Hakim started the winning streak in singles play with a score of 6-0, 6-3 at number five singles. Makio picked up his 15
th singles win of the year with 7-5, 7-5 sets at first singles. Greenwell moved up to number two singles, winning 6-1, 6-1. Ivashchenko split the first two sets at number three singles before winning in the third set with scores of 6-0, 7-6 (5), 10-3.
Nicholas Pollock captured a 6-2, 6-1 win at fourth singles.
Nathan Neal scored a default win at sixth singles for Wabash.

Hakim and Go forced a tiebreaker in doubles play at Rose-Hulman before falling 9-7 in the third flight. Reifeis, Greenwell, and Hakim each suffered three-set losses in singles play.

The Little Giants (17-12) conclude the regular season  next weekend with matches at Wooster and Ohio Wesleyan.
