Wabash College senior Michael Makio is the North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week after posting two singles victories and a doubles win in the final two regular season matches of the season for the Little Giants.

Makio earned his seventh and eighth wins at number two singles over the weekend with a pair of 6-1, 6-0 victories in matches versus Ohio Wesleyan University and the College of Wooster to help the Little Giants earn wins over both teams and earn the fifth seed in the upcoming NCAC Tournament beginning this Friday. Makio partnered with Jordan Greenwell at number two doubles to earn an 8-2 win at in Saturday's match against Wooster.

Makio enters the NCAC tourney ranked fourth in Wabash career singles wins with 59 and is third in career doubles victories with 72.
