Wabash College senior center Kyle McAtee has been named to the 2018 D3football.com All-North Region Second Team.
 
McAtee, a three-time All-North Coast Athletic Conference selection on the offensive line, earned First Team All-NCAC honors this season. He started all ten games for the Little Giant and shared duties as one of the team captains, helping the squad finish with a 9-1 overall record and an 8-1 record in NCAC games with a share of the conference title.
 
McAtee anchored a Wabash offense line that limited opposing teams to six total sacks over the course of ten games to lead the conference and rank sixth in the nation in fewest sacks allowed. McAtee and his offensive line teammates surrendered the 10th-fewest tackles for losses in Division III with an average of 4.10 per contest. The Little Giants produced 245.3 rushing yards per game, 21st-best in Division III and the leader among NCAC teams. Wabash also averaged 431.7 yards of total offense per game to rank 44th in Division III and second in the NCAC.
 
McAtee is a rhetoric major and member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity.
 
The D3football.com All-North Region Teams, selected in balloting by North Region sports information directors and D3football.com staff, were chosen from 212 nominations by Division III member schools. A total of 76 players were chosen.
