Wade Ripple scored a 2-0 decision to give Wabash three points and trim the Big Blue (18-6) lead to 20-14.
Carlos Champagne recorded a pin at the 1:21 mark of his 125-pound bout to even the score at 20-20 heading into the final match of the night at 133 pounds.
Owen Doster received a forfeit along with six team points to put the Little Giant in front for the only time in the match to secure the team victory.
Wabash lost the opening two matches of the evening by pins before
Andy Posledni scored a 5-0 shutout decision to cut the Millikin lead to 12-3. After a technical fall by Millikin at 165 pounds,
Kyle Hatch answered with a tech fall by a score of 18-2 at 174 pounds to cut the Millikin lead to 17-8.
Daylan Schurg pulled the Little Giants to within six points with his 12-5 decision at 184 pounds to set up the final Wabash rally.
The Little Giants return to action next Friday evening with a dual meet at Kentucky Wesleyan University.
