For the second time in three days, a Wabash College athletics team easily dispatched its opposition from DePauw University. The Little Giants swimming and diving team scored a 194-100 victory over the Tigers in the annual dual-meet match-up between the two squads, with this year's event taking place Friday night at the Class of 1950 Natatorium two days after the basketball team earned a 74-48 win.

Ethan Johns opened Friday night's action with a victory in the 200-yard medley relay, posting a winning time of 1:36.09. The Little Giants "B" team of
Nicholas Plumb,
Justice Wenz,
Connor Craig, and
Daniel Streeter scored a third-place finish with a combined time of 1:38.53.

West won the first of three individual titles with a first-place time of 53.34 in the 100-yard backstroke.
Nicholas Sommers finished in second place at 54.73.
Barret Smith made it a 1-2-3 effort for Wabash by finishing in 56.11 to capture third place.

West earned another victory in the 200-yard backstroke by posting a winning time of 1:56.21. Plumb added a second-place finish at 2:00.14, with Sommers placing third at 2:03.83. West's final victory came in the 200-yard individual medley with a winning time of 2:01.28.

Sweeney won the 200-yard butterfly by touching the wall for the final time in 2:00.33.
Mason Gilliam finished in second place with a time of 2:02.69. Plumb picked up third place with a time of 2:02.82. Sweeney took second place in the 100-yard freestyle by finishing in 47.67, with Johns right behind in third at 48:30.

Gilliam captured first place in the 1000 freestyle, winning in 10:05.39.
Xander Straw placed second at 10:15.86. Gilliam also won the 500-yard freestyle with a top time of 4:55.56. Straw came in second at 4:59.73, and
William Renie scored a third-place finish with a time of 5:01.80.

Johns picked up an individual victory in the 200-yard freestyle by finishing in 1:46.63. Streeter added a third-place finish with a time of 1:50.27.

Page won the 100-yard butterfly by finishing in 52.40.
William Rife finished third with a time of 54.52.

Keane Albright won the one-meter diving competition by scoring 210.30 points.
Christopher Wiatr placed second with a score of 209.55.
Alexander Arruza finished third with a score of 199.66. Arruza won the three-meter diving event with a total of 220.35 points. Albright finished in second place with a score of 193.50.
Garrett Mroz earned third place with 129 points.

Wenz scored a second-place finish in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:01.96. Craig placed second in the 50-free by finishing in 22.03. Page earned a third-place finish with his time of 22.31. Wenz added another second-place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke with his time of 2:15.70.

The Little Giants closed out the meet with a second-place finish in the 400-yard freestyle relay. The quartet of Johns, Craig, Streeter, and Sweeney combined for a time of 3:11.29.
