Three Wabash College golfers tied for fifth place at Sunday's 2024 DePauw Spring Clash held at the Pebble Brook Golf Club in Noblesville, Indiana. The Little Giants captured fourth place out of nine teams competing at the 36-hole event.

Brayden Weiss,
Miles Patterson, and
Sean Bledsoe all fired three-over-par scores of 143 to share fifth-place honors in a field of 58 competitors. Patterson finished with a low round of 69 after 18 holes, while Bledsoe carded a one-over 71, and Weiss finished with a two-over 72. Weiss finished with a score of 71 on the second 18. Bledsoe turned in a round of 72, and Patterson finished with a 74.

Weiss carded the second-most pars for the tournament with 27 out of 36 holes and finished third in par-four scoring. Patterson's eight birdies were second among all golfers for the day. He also finished three-under par on par-five holes for the tournament.

Mark Poole scored one of five eagles in the tournament with a three on the par-five eighth hole in the second round. He finished in a tie for 28
th place with scores of 78 and 72 for a total of 150 strokes.
Robert Pruzin tied for 38
th place with a score of 156 with identical rounds of 78.

Wittenberg won the team competition with a score of 566. DePauw took second place with a 570, followed by Rose-Hulman with a score of 578. Wabash carded a 579 as a team.

Wabash competes in the 2024 North Coast Athletic Conference Golf Championships May 3-5 at Westfield Country Club in Westfield Center, Ohio.
