Wabash Caps Cross Country Season at NCAA Great Lakes Regional

The Wabash College cross country team concluded its 2025 season at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Saturday, competing at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Kentucky.
 
Against a strong 37-team field, the Little Giants placed 25th overall with 652 points. Hope College secured the regional title with 53 points, while Rose-Hulman (94) and John Carroll (130) followed in second and third, respectively.
 
Freshman Tyler Kerzee led the Wabash effort with a 113th-place finish in 27:05.61. Junior Angel Perez delivered a personal-best performance, placing 127th in 27:20.27 with sophomore Johnathan Loney trailing right behind in 128th with a time of 27:21.79. Three more Little Giants packed tightly to round out the scoring, with freshman Jack Loftus (145th, 27:34.98), freshman Samuel Carpenter (150th, 27:40.69), and senior Thomas Price (159th, 27:49.69) in his final collegiate race.
