Wabash College senior kicker
Brody Rucker headlines a group of 13 Little Giants named to the 2025 All–North Coast Athletic Conference Football Team. Rucker earned NCAC Special Teams Player of the Year honors in addition to being selected to the First Team All-NCAC. He was joined on the all-conference list by

Rucker earned the league's top special-teams award—and his First Team All-NCAC selection—by converting 11 of 14 field-goal attempts and 40 of 42 extra points. His 11 field goals are tied for the sixth-most in a season in Wabash history. His season-long 50-yard field goal against Denison tied the longest kick ever by a Wabash player and ranked 10th nationally among NCAA Division III players this year. Rucker finished fifth in the conference in scoring at 7.3 points per game. A First Team selection this year after earning Third Team honors in 2024 and Second Team honors in 2023, Rucker closed the regular season ranked third in career field goals (30) and second in career extra points (139) at Wabash.
Sholar, Ruppert and Frey joined Rucker on the 2025 All-NCAC First Team.
Sholar, a preseason D3football.com All-America pick, earned First Team honors for the fourth time. The senior anchored the Little Giants' offensive line at left tackle. He was joined on the all-conference list by fellow lineman
Jax Bower, who earned Second Team honors. Wabash ranked second in the conference in rushing offense (141.9 yards per game), third in scoring (37.1 ppg) and passing (268.9 ypg), and fourth in total offense (410.8 ypg), finishing the regular season 38th nationally in scoring offense.
Ruppert, a senior linebacker, is now a four-time all-conference selection, earning First Team honors in 2025 after Second Team nods in 2023 and 2024 and a Third Team selection in 2022. He led Wabash and ranked seventh in the NCAC with 64 total tackles, including double-digit efforts against John Carroll (11) and DePauw (10). Ruppert, who also had eight tackles against Wittenberg, ranks fifth in Wabash career history with 328 stops. He helped Wabash finish third in the conference in scoring defense (20.1 ppg allowed), third in total defense (293.9 ypg), third in rushing defense (70.0 ypg) and fourth in passing defense (223.9 ypg).
Frey, a senior defensive end, joined Ruppert as a First Team All-NCAC defensive pick. He totaled 29 tackles and led Wabash with seven sacks for 52 yards, ranking third in the conference. He finished eighth in the league with nine tackles for loss totaling 55 yards. Frey posted a season-high five tackles against DePauw and recorded two sacks and two tackles for loss in games against Case Western and Kenyon.
Ringer, a senior linebacker, earned Second Team recognition one year after being named First Team. He made 31 tackles this season, the fifth-highest total on the team. He recorded a season-best seven stops against Wittenberg and produced two of his three sacks in the win over Kenyon.
Holsclaw earned Second Team honors after a First Team selection in 2024. The senior cornerback made 23 tackles and had one pass breakup. He sealed a 28–21 win over Wittenberg with a late interception.
Gulley, a sophomore safety, earned his first all-conference honor with a Second Team selection. He ranked fourth on the team with 33 tackles, including 2.5 tackles for loss. Gulley recovered a blocked punt and returned it for a touchdown in the season opener at St. Norbert, then added a 52-yard interception return for a touchdown against Denison. He finished the year with two interceptions, four pass breakups and one blocked kick, and produced a season-best nine tackles at John Carroll.
Church earned Second Team honors after finishing third among conference punters with a 42.3-yard average. He punted 19 times for 803 yards, with five fair catches and nine punts downed inside the opponents' 20-yard line. He recorded four punts of 50 yards or longer, including a season-long 63-yarder at John Carroll.
Robertson, a senior safety, earned Third Team honors for the second time after also being named to the 2023 All-NCAC Third Team. He ranked third on the team with 39 tackles, including a season-best eight stops against Wittenberg and seven in the win over Case Western. He added an interception at Wooster and two pass breakups against DePauw.
McBee, a senior defensive end, earned his first career all-conference honor with a Third Team selection. He recorded 23 tackles, including 6.5 tackles for loss for 26 yards over 10 games. He added 3.5 sacks and recovered a fumble in the season-opening win at St. Norbert. McBee produced a season-best four tackles in back-to-back games against St. Norbert and Case Western and added two tackles for loss at Kenyon.
Wabash finished the regular season 8–2 overall and 6–2 in NCAC play, placing third in the conference standings. The Little Giants will represent the NCAC in the 2025 ForeverLawn Bowl against Ohio Northern University on Saturday at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio.
