Wabash returned to its home pool Saturday with a double-dual meet against the University of Indianapolis and William Jewell College from Missouri. The Little Giants defeated William Jewell 125-76 but lost to the NCAA Division II Greyhounds 168-62.
Chris McGue scored two individual top-five performances in addition to swimming on the Little Giants' second-place 400-yard freestyle relay team. McGue took second place in the 50 free with a time of 22.90, then finished fourth in the 100 free with a time of 50.55.
Dylan Miller grabbed fifth place in the 100 free with a time of 50.57.

Elliot Johns, and
Steve Batchelder to take second in the 400 free relay by finishing in 3:15.95. Johns,
Zechariah Banks,
Carter Adams, and Troyer combined to finish third in the 400 medley relay, touching the wall in 3:35.55.
Banks, competing for the second time since joining the team to start the second semester, finished third in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:00.61. He added a third-place finish in the 200 breaststroke (2:13.91), trimming five seconds off his time Wednesday night at Washington University-St. Louis.
Josh Bleisch scored a fifth-place finish in the 200 breaststroke (2;18.56).
Adams finished second in the 200 butterfly with a time of 1:59.79.
Clayton Highum posted a fifth-place finish in the same race, touching the wall in 2:04.95.
Arturo Granados scored a second-place finish in the mile swim with a time of 17:03.60.
Andy Chorpenning posted his fastest time of the season in the mile with a third-place finish at 17:20.40.
Troyer took third place in the 200 backstroke (1:58.59), with Johns grabbing fourth place (1:54.77).
Joel Paquin finished third in the 500 free (4:55.78), with Granados taking fourth place (4:56.20).
Jack Belford recorded his best time of the season in the 200 free at 1:48.80 to finish fifth overall.
Wabash returns to action on Friday, January 18 at Franklin College.
