Wabash closed out the 2017 portion of its indoor track and field schedule by competing at the Olivet Nazarene University Holiday Invitational and at the University of Indianapolis Winter Break Invite Friday evening.

Hayden Baehl captured the top spot in the 800-meter run at the ONU event. Baehl won the event with time of 2:01.51. Teammate
Luke Doughty scored a fourth-place finish in the 800 with a time of 2:04.49. Collin Rinne added a sixth-place finish at 2:07.22.

Sam Henthorn ran a 4:35.11 in the mile run to finish third overall.
Joe Deiser finished seventh in the mile with a time of 4:47.15.
Austin Ellingwood raced to fourth place in the 200-meter dash, crossing the finish line in 23.17, trimming nearly 3/10
th of a second off his time from last week's race.
Parker Redelman placed fifth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.74 ahead of Ellingwood in sixth place at 51.95.

Josh Wiggins completed the 60-meter hurdles in 8.76 in the finals to finish sixth overall.

Gaven Hill and
Brandon Peck each scored top-ten finishes in the shot put at the Winter Break meet at the University of Indianapolis. Hill placed sixth with a mark of 13.47 meters (44 feet, 2.5 inches) with Peck finishing seventh at 12.55 meters (41 feet, 2.25 inches).
