Wabash College senior Quinn Sholar earned North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Field Athlete of the Week honors after producing three victories and a runner-up finish Saturday at the non-scoring 2026 Huntsman Family Invitational hosted by the Little Giants.
Sholar won the discus with a throw of 44.22 meters and claimed the shot put title with a top toss of 15.38 meters. He also posted a personal-record mark of 53.72 meters in the hammer throw to place second.
The honor marks the second consecutive week Sholar has received the conference's top field award after also being selected NCAC Men's Field Athlete of the Week on March 31 following his record-setting performance at Emory's Thrills in the Hills meet.Â
