Wabash College has been named the Division III Team of the Week by the National Association of Basketball Coaches.
 
The Little Giants, ranked 23rd in the latest D3hoops.com top-25 poll, opened the week with an 85-72 home victory over Earlham College on Tuesday. Wabash broke the school record for total points and field goals made in a game as part of a 137-131 victory over Greenville University Friday evening in the opening game of the Nicholas Investments Thanksgiving Tournament held at Carroll University. The Little Giants won the tournament title with an 86-78 win over previously unbeaten Carroll University in Saturday's championship game.
 
Wabash shot .589 from the field for the week, connecting on 116 of 197 attempts over the three-game span. The Little Giants averaged 40.7 rebounds a game.
