Wabash College freshman Keith Abramson earned North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Indoor Track and Field Distance/Middle Distance Athlete of the Week honors after scoring three first-place finishes over the weekend for the Little Giants.
 
Abramson won the 800-meter run at the Eastern Illinois University Friday Night Special with a season-best time of 1:58.43. That time is also the second-fastest in the NCAC this season The freshman also competed as a member of the Little Giants' winning 4x400-meter relay team at the Eastern Illinois meet, finishing the race in 3:26.51 to edge out the foursome from Vincennes University in second place at 3:26.79.
 
Saturday Abramson raced as part of the Wabash distance medley relay team at the DePauw Indoor Classic. The Little Giants won that event with a season-best time of 10:53.63, also the second-best time reported by an NCAC team this year.
