Wabash competed with 20 other NCAA Division I, II, and III cross country programs at Saturday's John McNichols Invitational held at the LaVern Gibson Championship Course in Terre Haute, Indiana. The Little Giants finished 18th overall in the final team scoring.

Sam Henthorn completed the 8,000-meter course in 26:37.4 for a 104th-place finish out of 268 runners overall.Â
John Kirts scored a 138th-place finish with a time of 27:13.7.
Ethan Pine raced to 152nd place by finishing in 27:35.4.
Ian Dickey was the fourth Wabash runner to complete the race with a time 27:48.1 to finish 166th overall.
Keith Abramson finished 184th overall with a time of 28:20.1. Zack Titus added a 186th-place finish after crossing the line in 28:24.6.

Hunter Wakefield placed 189th with a time of 28:29.7.
Drew Lukens finished in 28:34.7 to place 195th.
Henry Egan captured 196th place by finishing in 28:35.6.

Wabash finished with a total of 529 points. Northern Arizona won the men's team title with a score of 31 points with Stanford taking second place with 51 points. Iowa State took third place with 66 points. DePauw claimed the top finish for a Division III school with a total of 486 points in 16th place overall. Rose-Hulman finished 17th with 516 points ahead of the Little Giants in 18th place.

Wabash will race at the Division III Pre-Nationals Meet as part of the Live In Lou Cross Country Classic in Louisville, Kentucky October 5.
