Josh Wiggins and freshman Jon Deem-Laureiro earned North Coast Athletic Conference Athlete of the Week honors for their performances at Saturday's Mastodon Invitational indoor track and field meet at Purdue University Fort Wayne. Wiggins was named the Men's Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Week. Deem-Laureiro received the Men's Middle Distance/Distance Athlete of the Week award.

Wiggins turned in three top-four finishes at Saturday's Mastodon Invitational at Purdue University Fort Wayne to help the Wabash team finish second overall out of eight teams competing at the event. He placed second in the 60-meter hurdles by posting a personal-best time of 8.37 in the finals. Wiggins recorded another personal-best effort in the 60-meter dash, finishing the race in 7.08 to earn fourth place. He ran to a third-place finish in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.02.

Deem-Laureiro raced to second place in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:59.18 in his first collegiate indoor track and field meet. His time is the fastest of the season among all NCAC runners.
