Senior basketball player Harrison Hallstrom has been named the Wabash College Scholar-Athlete of the Week presented by Hoosier Heartland State Bank.
 
Hallstrom, a history major, averaged 16.5 points and 9.5 rebounds over two games for Wabash last weekend. He scored 23 points with eight boards in the Little Giants' 76-70 loss at Allegheny Saturday afternoon. Hallstrom picked up his third double-double of the season with 10 points and 11 rebounds in an 80-68 win at Hiram on Sunday. He also became the 28th Wabash player to eclipse the 1,000 career points mark in the game at Hiram. Hallstrom has currently scored 1,0007 points in 90 career appearances for the Little Giants and is the tenth player in Wabash history to score more than 1,000 points and grab more than 600 rebounds.
