Wabash College sophomore
Brayden Curnutt captured all-conference honors for the second consecutive season at Saturday's North Coast Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships, held at The College of Wooster. The Little Giants finished seventh overall as a team.
Curnutt raced to 12th place to earn a spot on the 2022 All-NCAC Second Team, posting a time of 27:25.3. He earned Second Team All-NCAC honors as a freshman in 2021 with an 11th-place finish.Â
Joe Barnett finished in 26th place for the Little Giants with a time of 28:05.7 over the 8,000-meter course.
Justin Santiago completed the race in 28:19.7 to earn 33rd place.
Jacob Sitzman finished 41st for the Little Giants by crossing the line in 28:51.2.
Will Neubauer captured 47th place with a time of 29:07.5 to complete the scoring for the Little Giants.Â
Wabash scored a total of 150 points overall. Oberlin won the men's competition with a score of 44 points, edging pre-meet favorite DePauw in second place with 56 points. Denison finished in third place with a total of 95 points.
