Wabash College senior Takeshi Greiner earned North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Indoor Track and Field Sprints/Hurdles Athlete of the Week honors for his performance at Saturday's Edmonds-Wilt Invitational hosted by Purdue University.
 
Greiner raced to fourth place in the finals of the 60-meter hurdles at the meet. He crossed the finish line in 8.76, finishing 4/10ths of a second behind the winning time of 8.35 posted by Marcus Gordon from NCAA Division I school Southeast Missouri. Greiner defeated three other Division I runners in the finals.
