Wabash competed against Division I programs from Notre Dame, Butler, Evansville, and Purdue Fort Wayne, along with the fellow Division IIi program from Rose-Hulman at the Pacesetter Sports Track and Field Invitational held Sunday at Indiana State University. Wabash placed sixth out of ten teams competing at the meet.

Will Morris turned in the top finish for the Little Giants by placing second in the pole vault with a career-best effort of  4.62 meters (15 feet, 1.75 inches).
Nate Joven cleared 3.87 meters (12 feet, 8.25 inches).
Ryan Adams turned in a top mark of 3.12 meters (10 feet, 2.75 inches).

Haiden Diemer-McKinney placed fifth in the 400-meter dash for the Little Giants, finishing in 50.00.
Howie Steele crossed the finish line in 51.25 to place tenth overall.
Giovonni Zappala finished the 400-meter hurdles in 58.90.
Takeshi Greiner added a ninth-place finish with a time of 1:00.94.

Reis Thomas scored a fifth-place finish in the discus with a top throw of 48.95 meters (157 feet, 8 inches).
Ryan Papandria turned in a season-best throw of 42.11 meters (138 feet, 2 inches) in the javelin to place sixth. Zappala placed seventh with a mark of 41.09 meters (134 feet, 10 inches).
Brandon English took ninth place in the shot put with a top mark of 13.98 meters (45 feet, 10.5 inches).

Wabash scored 55 points to finish behind Rose-Hulman in fifth place with 56.5 points. Indiana State won the meet with 237 points, with Purdue Fort Wayne placing second with 77 points. Oakland finished third (76 points), followed by Notre Dame in fourth place (65 points).
