Wabash celebrated Senior Night by sweeping all 10 swimming events in a 111-71 win over Illinois Wesleyan at the Class of 1950 Natatorium.

Steve Batchelder,
Jake Childress,
Michael Nemeth, and
Matt Schramm along with their parents at the final home meet of the 2014-2015 season.

Seniors Childress, Batchelder, Adams, and Schramm opened the meet with a victory in the 200-yard medley relay, posting a winning time of 1:39.54. Dave Johnson,
Anthony Repay,
Clayton Highum, and
Leo Abdalla took third place with a time of 1:43.80.

Adams scored a victory in the 100 butterfly by finishing in 52.66.
Zechariah Banks finished third in the event (54.40), while Johnson took fourth place (54.98). Childress won the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 53.46, just ahead of teammate
Elliot Johns in second (59.31. Nemeth finished fifth with a time of 1:05.02. Batchelder's time of 1:01.50 was quickest in the 100 breaststroke. Adams touched third (1:02.78), with Schramm finishing fourth (1:07.22).

Johns added a victory in the 50 free by finishing in 21.62.
Chris McGue took second place (22.40) with Abdalla taking fifth (24.29). Banks picked up a victory in the 200 freestyle (1:47.68), followed by
Joel Paquin in second (1:48.61), and
Dakota Rhodes in fourth (1:54.63).

Jack Belford won the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 1:58.53. Childress took third place (2:07.78). Belford also won the 100 freestyle (49.46). Batchelder finished second (49.62), with
Wyatt Tarter taking third place (50.21). Paquin recorded the top time in the 500 freestyle (4:50.49), while
Arturo Granados touched in second place (4:57.56). Repay took second on the one-meter diving board with a score of 83.60.

Wabash closed out the meet by finishing first in the 200 freestyle relay. Johns, Banks, Belford, and McGue combined for a time of 1:28.14. Tarter, Paquin, Rhodes, and Abdalla took third place (1:32.59).

"I asked the guys to race and that's what tonight was really about for us," Wabash head coach
Brent Noble said. "We swam some events that guys weren't as comfortable with. We're a little tired and beat up after training in Florida during break. We're happy overall with the performance. They raced hard and provided a good send off for our seniors."

Wabash will travel to Michigan for a pair of dual meets before competing in mid-February at the annual North Coast Athletic Conference Championships. The Little Giants will be at Kalamazoo College Friday, January 23 before heading to Albion College Saturday, January 24.
