The Wabash College soccer team was one of 333 men's collegiate programs recognized by the United Soccer Coaches as an Academic Team for the 2019-2020 school year.
Wabash produced a team grade point average of 3.45 to earn Academic Team honors from the USC for the sixth consecutive season and the highest team GPA among any of the North Coast Athletic Conference men's teams. A total of 889 men's and women's collegiate soccer teams were honored by the organization for earning a team GPA of 3.0 or higher for the 2019-2020 academic year.
"We are thrilled to receive our sixth team academic award in a row and seventh overall," Wabash head coach
Chris Keller said. "This is a true testament to the scholar-athletes in the program that have taken on the challenges that Wabash College presents. This is the best team GPA that I can remember. I'm also proud that our guys are involved in so many aspects of the student experience. It goes to show they are the right kind of scholar athletes to this represent this great institution."
