Wabash College Athletics

Coach Gail Pebworth’s swimmers were a dynamic lot. Over the course of her career, no Wabash coach in any sport put together a stronger dual meet record or won more outright invitational championships.
 
The first of her two squads to be inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame was the 1990-91 team, which produced a 10-0 record, won a half-dozen invitational championships, placed eighth at the NCAA Division III National Championships, and included nine All-American swimmers.
