Joe, you were without a doubt the most dominant big man to play for Wabash since Pete Metzelaars, lettering four times and earning team MVP honors three straight seasons. You were a remarkably consistent scorer, rebounder, and shot-blocker, and you were our College’s first-ever three-time, First Team All-North Coast Athletic Conference selection. You led the Little Giants in scoring, rebounding, and blocked shots three straight seasons, and finished your career with 1,506 points, 825 rebounds, and an all-time record 194 blocked shots. Statistically, your finest season was your sophomore year when, as a first-time starter, you averaged a double-double of 17.4 points and 10.6 rebounds, while setting the single-season record with 61 blocked shots.
